About Me

WHO AM I?I grew up in a small town of Reeds Spring, Missouri, with a population of 286! My husband, Craig, and I have been married 32 years. And we now live in the Fort Worth, Texas area.

I have worked on staff at Kenneth Copeland Ministries and Eagle Mountain International Church for 30 years. I began as a Word Processing Operator in 1983 and in 1990 I joined the executive team as Staff & Partner Relations Director then Church Administrative Director in 1998. During this time, I had teams of over 200 employees in areas such as Human Resources, Customer Service, Incoming Mail Processing, Audio Production, Warehousing, Distribution, Order Fulfillment & Mail Center.

It's in these administrative positions, where I learned that leaders should pastor their staff. I caught his vision to love and shepherd the staff and eventually transitioned into the pastoral team in 2000.

As one of the Senior Associate Pastors at Eagle Mountain Church in Newark, TX, I led many of the adult ministry areas—the areas in our church where we “do life together."  Some of these areas included small groups, ladies’ ministry, singles’ ministry, men’s ministry, outreach ministry, Ministry of Helps and membership development just to name a few.

My responsibility as a pastor was to equip people to do the work God has designed specifically for them to do. "He makes the whole body fit together perfectly to build up the church, the body of Christ. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts to grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love." (Ephesians 4:12, 16) In a nutshell, my job was to help people find their place and connect to others.

My real passion is developing leaders!  My personal mission is to inspire and equip leaders to impact the world. Nothing excites me more than to recognize and draw out the gift in leaders and see them take there place of influence in whatever God has called them to. And of course, to see them turn around and reproduce themselves in others.
